Go to Support → Track Order and enter your email and order number. A tracking number is also sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

All garments are 100% preshrunk cotton. Hoodies and sweatshirts are 500GSM French Terry knit. T-shirts are 300GSM plain grid knit. All are semi-oversize fit.
All garments are black. Our design philosophy is built entirely around negative black art and high-quality embroidery on black fabric. We may introduce other colours in the future.
Yes. Every design is machine embroidered directly into the garment using high-quality thread. There is no print, no vinyl, and no heat transfer. The design is part of the fabric.
No. Unlike printed garments, embroidery does not fade or peel. With proper care, it will outlast the garment itself.
Check the Size Guide on each product page. Our fit is semi-oversize, meaning standard sizing applies. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Yes. We ship to all countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Standard orders take up to 14 business days to produce, followed by up to 14 days for shipping. Total estimated time: up to 28 days from order confirmation.
Every garment is made to order specifically for you. Nothing is pre-produced. Your order enters production after payment is confirmed — that process takes time and cannot be rushed without compromising quality.
Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare the accurate value on all shipments.

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or items that differ from what was ordered. We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.
Your garment is made to order specifically for you. Once production begins, it cannot be reassigned or restocked. We provide detailed size guides on every product page for this reason.
Email support@pumpkinduke.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and high-resolution photographs of the defect. Claims without photographic evidence cannot be processed.
Approved return claims are reviewed within 7 business days. Refunds are processed within a further 7 business days to your original payment method.
For valid defect or damage claims, we cover return shipping costs.
Yes. Use the Contact page and select "Custom Manufacturing Request." Upload your design file and specify the size and placement. We will review it and get back to you.
PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WEBP. Maximum file size is 10MB. The higher the resolution, the better the result.
Custom orders have a manufacturing time of up to 21 business days, followed by standard shipping time.
Yes. We will not embroider designs that contain copyrighted material, hate speech, explicit content, or anything that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to decline any submission.
No. Your submitted design is used solely to fulfil your order and is not retained, shared, or used in any other capacity.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. Cash on Delivery is available for UAE addresses only.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

The Syndicate is our internal mechanism for using our own profits to fund and launch businesses for people who cannot access fair employment. Every order moves a counter forward. When 2,500 orders are reached, 100,000 AED is deployed to open a real business.
No. The price you pay is the price of the garment. The Syndicate is funded from our margin — our money, not yours.
We do not accept donations. The only way to move the counter is to purchase a garment and receive something real in return.
No. The people this reaches work for what they receive, repay the investment, and eventually own the business. This is not charity — it is a structured opportunity.
