Strict Operating Procedures1. Manufacturing Timelines
We do not hold mass inventory. Every garment is embroidered specifically based on your request. Because of this structural approach, manufacturing requires dedicated time:
- Default Orders: Require exactly 14 business days for manufacturing and quality control.
- Custom Orders: Require exactly 21 business days for setup, testing, and final manufacturing.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Once your garment has cleared our workforce and is dispatched, standard shipping transit takes 14 business days to arrive at your location. You will receive tracking information the moment the package leaves our facility.
Note: Total turnaround time is Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time.
3. The Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or mind changes.
Because every single piece is custom-embroidered specifically for the customer who ordered it, we cannot accept general returns. We highly advise reviewing all sizing charts and specifications before submitting your order.
4. Deformations & Defect Claims
The only returns we accept are those caused by our own faults. If you receive a garment with a structural defect or a severe embroidery deformation, we will replace it.
To file a defect claim, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. You must provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the deformation. If the error is validated as ours, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
