1. The Agreement

By accessing the Pumpkin Duke website, purchasing our apparel, or interacting with our brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must exit the site.

2. Intellectual Property & Designs

All embroidery files, garment designs, characters, lore, and visual assets associated with Pumpkin Duke are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our stitch patterns, digital assets, or physical garments for commercial use.

3. The Syndicate & Profit Sharing

Pumpkin Duke operates under a specific social entrepreneurship blueprint designed to fund and launch independent businesses. While we share 100% of designated profits with The Hollowed Ones (our workforce), purchasing a product does not grant customers (The Rotlings) equity, ownership, or voting rights in Pumpkin Duke or its subsidiary ventures.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event an item is out of stock or there is an error in pricing, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access for any user found violating these terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the standard operating laws of our primary business jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in our local courts.
